Vegan Lemon Tart

Make the Crust:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and melted coconut oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Press the dough into the bottom of a tart pan, making sure to cover the sides evenly.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is lightly golden. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
