2 eggs

2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon corn

1/2 onion

70 grams cheese (2.5 ounces)

Olive oil

6 slices of bread

How to Make:

Heat a little olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Finely chop the onion and sauté it in the pan until it softens.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), and corn.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan with the sautéed onions. Stir gently until the eggs are scrambled and cooked through.
