Prepare the Ingredients
Peel and devein the shrimp. Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the carrot. Mince the garlic.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli and carrots, stir-frying for about 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
Cook the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the pan with the vegetables. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink and is fully cooked.
Add the Sauces
Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Stir everything together, cooking for another 1-2 minutes to combine the flavors.
Serve
Remove from heat and serve immediately, either on its own or with a side of rice for a complete meal.
