Spicy Mango Garlic Sauce

Place the diced mango, garlic, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice, chili flakes, ginger, salt, and black pepper in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.

If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of water to thin it out and stir well.

Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning, adding more honey for sweetness or more chili flakes for heat, as needed.

Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Use as a glaze for grilled chicken, shrimp, or pork, or as a dipping sauce for appetizers like spring rolls or fried foods.
