Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a large bowl, combine broccoli and cauliflower with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until coated evenly.
Spread the vegetables on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Roast for 15–20 minutes, stirring once halfway, until golden and slightly crispy.
Remove from oven, drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
