Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
Spread half the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and arrange the pepperoni slices evenly.
Roll up the dough lengthwise into a log, then form it into a ring, pinching the ends together.
Place on the prepared tray, seam side down.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Let it cool slightly, then garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve with the remaining marinara sauce for dipping.
