No Flour, No Sugar! Quick and Healthy Apple Oat Bake

Soak the rolled oats and oat groats in 400 ml warm water for at least 30 minutes or overnight if possible.

In a small saucepan, combine the diced apples, 50 ml water, and sweetener. Cook over medium heat until the apples soften, about 5 minutes. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish with butter.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Stir in the baking powder.

Drain the soaked oats slightly if excess water remains, then add them to the egg mixture. Mix well.

Add the mashed banana, cooked apples, and raisins. Stir to combine evenly.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.

Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden and set.

Let cool slightly before serving.
