Moist and Delicious Apple Cake

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a baking pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, a pinch of salt, and vanillin until smooth and creamy.

Add the melted butter and milk to the egg mixture, and mix well.

Sift the flour and baking powder together, then fold them into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.

Peel, core, and slice the apples into thin pieces.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, and layer the apple slices evenly on top.

Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 1 hour.

Drizzle the melted butter over the cooled cake for a shiny, flavorful topping.
