In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk, eggs, whole milk powder, sugar, and condensed milk. Whisk until smooth and the sugar is dissolved.
Melt the White Chocolate:
In a small saucepan or microwave, melt the white chocolate with the vegetable oil. Stir until smooth and allow it to cool slightly.
Whisk the Cream:
In a separate bowl, whip the cold cream until soft peaks form. This will create a fluffy base for your ice cream.
Combine Everything:
Slowly fold the melted white chocolate into the milk mixture. Then, gently fold in the whipped cream until everything is well incorporated.
Add the Chocolate and Peanuts:
Chop the chocolate and peanuts into small pieces and fold them into the ice cream mixture.
Freeze the Ice Cream:
Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or container. Place in the freezer for about 10 minutes, or until firm and frozen. If you prefer, you can also use an ice cream machine to speed up the process.
