Guilt-Free and Delicious Banana Chips

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C) for a slow, low bake.

Prepare the Bananas
Peel the bananas and slice them into thin rounds (about 1/4 inch thick).

Coat the Bananas
In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, cinnamon powder, and honey/maple syrup (if using). Toss the banana slices in the mixture to coat them evenly.
