Delicious and Simple Minced Meatballs

Peel and grate the potatoes and carrot. Squeeze out any excess moisture from the potatoes.

Chop the onions, pepper, mushrooms, and garlic finely.

In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, grated potatoes and carrot, chopped onions, pepper, garlic, and mushrooms. Add in the parsley, dill, salt, and spices.

Beat the eggs and mix them with the corn starch and flour. Add the milk gradually to form a dough-like consistency.

Add the egg and starch mixture to the minced meat mixture and knead everything together until it forms a uniform mass.

Form small meatballs from the mixture.

Heat a pan with a little oil and cook the meatballs on medium heat until golden brown on all sides and fully cooked through. This may take about 10-15 minutes.
