Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and flour until a thick dough forms.
Stir in the chocolate chips if using.
Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
Let the cookies cool on the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
