Brussels Sprouts in the Air Fryer: Crispy, Healthy, and Delicious

Start by trimming the Brussels sprouts, cutting off the ends, and removing any damaged outer leaves. Then, slice them in half.

Place the Brussels sprouts in a bowl and toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings like garlic powder.

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.

Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure they cook evenly.

Once they are crispy and golden brown, remove them from the air fryer and serve hot.
