In a blender, combine the juice and grated zest of the oranges, eggs, sugar, and oil. Blend until smooth.
Add the self-rising flour to the blender and pulse until everything is fully combined and the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
