Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and salsa to the beef. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
In a 9x13-inch baking dish, spread a layer of crushed tortilla chips.
Pour the beef mixture evenly over the chips.
Top with shredded cheddar and Mexican blend cheeses.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Top with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
