1 small beet (peeled and chopped)
1 handful of fresh spinach
1-inch piece of ginger (peeled)
½ tsp turmeric powder (or fresh)
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tablespoon chia seeds (soaked in water)
½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup water or coconut water
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Let sit for 5 minutes (to activate the chia), stir, and enjoy!
