For Tea: Wash the banana peel thoroughly. Boil in 2 cups of water for 10–15 minutes. Strain and enjoy as a calming banana peel tea, optionally adding honey or lemon for taste.
For Skincare: Rub the inside of the banana peel directly onto your skin to help reduce acne, redness, or irritation. Leave on for 10–15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
For Fertilizer: Chop the peel into small pieces and bury it around the base of your plants. It will enrich the soil with potassium and other nutrients.
For Cooking: Use the banana peel in vegan recipes like banana peel “pulled pork.” Boil the peel, scrape the inside, shred it, and season to taste before pan-frying.
