3-4 Fresh garlic cloves (crushed)
1/2 teaspoon Ground black pepper
1 cup Hot water
Honey (optional, for sweetness)

How to Make:
Garlic and Black Pepper Tea:
Boil 1 cup of water.
Crush the garlic cloves and add them to the water along with the black pepper.
Let the mixture steep for 5-10 minutes.
