3-4 Fresh garlic cloves (crushed)

1/2 teaspoon Ground black pepper

1 cup Hot water

How to Make:

Garlic and Black Pepper Tea:

Boil 1 cup of water.

Crush the garlic cloves and add them to the water along with the black pepper.

Let the mixture steep for 5-10 minutes.

Strain the tea and add honey for taste if desired. Drink once a day for optimal results.

Topical Application:

Crush the garlic cloves and mix them with a tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of black pepper.

Apply this mixture to the affected areas (like swollen legs or painful joints).
