Ingredients:
1 cup brewed black coffee or black tea (strong and cooled)
½ cup distilled white vinegar
How to Use:
Wash your dark clothes first (by hand or machine) using mild detergent.
While the clothes are still wet, prepare a soaking solution:
Mix 1 cup of strong black coffee or black tea with ½ cup vinegar in a large basin or bucket filled with warm water.
Soak the damp dark clothes in this mixture for at least 30–60 minutes.
Remove and do not rinse with fresh water — simply squeeze out excess and hang dry in the shade (not in direct sunlight).
Why it Works:
Black tea or coffee stains and refreshes the fibers, enhancing the depth of black and navy tones.
Vinegar helps fix the natural dye in the fabric and softens it, making the results last longer.
Tips:
Repeat this treatment monthly for long-lasting color.
Works best on cotton, linen, and denim fabrics.
Always do a patch test if unsure how your fabric will react.
