Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk.
Add the milk, flax seeds, psyllium, salt, and baking powder. Stir well until combined.
Let the mixture rest for 2–3 minutes to thicken.
Pour into a microwave-safe jar or mug (greased if necessary).
Microwave on high for 1 to 1½ minutes, or until firm and cooked through.
Let cool slightly, then remove and slice.
