Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Place the pre-cooked ham in a roasting pan. If desired, score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern and stud with whole cloves for extra flavor.
Make the Glaze:
In a saucepan, combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves and the glaze thickens slightly (about 10 minutes).
Glaze the Ham:
Brush the ham with the pineapple glaze, ensuring that it is generously coated. Reserve some glaze for later basting and serving.
Roast the Ham:
Place the ham in the preheated oven and bake for about 1.5-2 hours, basting every 30 minutes with the reserved glaze. The ham is ready when it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).
Serve:
Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Serve with the remaining glaze.
