Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer:
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the cooled pretzel crust.

Make the Orange Layer:
In a separate bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved. Add the cold milk and vanilla pudding mix to the gelatin mixture, whisking until it thickens. Gently fold in the mandarin orange segments. Pour this mixture over the cream cheese layer in the baking dish.

Add the Topping:
Spread the remaining 1 cup of whipped topping over the orange layer. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Serve:
Once set, cut into squares and serve chilled. Enjoy this refreshing and creamy Orange Creamsicle Pretzel Salad!
