No Washing Up Ham, Egg & Cheese Bread Bowls

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Prepare the Bread Rolls:
Slice the tops off the bread rolls and scoop out most of the inside to create a bowl. (Save the inner bread for breadcrumbs or snacking.)

Add Ham:
Line each bread bowl with a slice of ham. It will help hold the egg and give a nice salty flavor.

Add Egg and Cheese:
Crack one egg into each ham-lined bread bowl. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top of each.

Bake:
Place the filled rolls on a baking tray and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the egg white is set but yolk is still soft (or fully cooked, if you prefer).

Serve:
Serve hot, straight from the oven—no plates or washing up needed!
