Healthy Oatmeal & Carrot Pie (No Flour, No Butter)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the oats, natural yogurt, and eggs. Mix until smooth.

Add the honey or syrup and mix well to combine.

Grate the carrots and apples into the mixture and stir until everything is well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pie pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40–45 minutes, or until the pie is set and lightly golden on top.

Let the pie cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy warm or chilled!
