1 large beetroot (grated or boiled and chopped)

1 large carrot (grated)

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 lemon juice

1 tsp honey (optional)

Salt & black pepper to taste

How to Make:

In a bowl, combine grated beetroot and carrot.

Add olive oil, lemon juice, and honey (if using).

Season with salt and black pepper.
