Gourmet Comfort: Seared Steak Dinner with All the Sides

Mashed Potatoes:
Boil the potatoes until fork-tender. Drain and mash with butter and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Top with parsley.

Grilled Squash:
Toss squash rounds with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill for 3–4 minutes on each side until tender with grill marks.

Cheesy Casserole:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Mix pasta or potatoes with cheese, sour cream, milk, egg, and seasoning. Pour into a greased dish and bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls:
Combine meat, rice, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spoon into cabbage leaves, roll tightly, and place in a baking dish. Cover with tomato sauce and bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes.

Seared Steak:
Season steak generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat oil in a skillet. Sear steak for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Add butter and rosemary, baste for 1 minute. Let rest before slicing.

Plating:
Slice the steak and place at the center. Add grilled squash, mashed potatoes, a serving of cheesy casserole, and a cabbage roll. Drizzle a little tomato sauce over the roll before serving.
