Ingredients

For the Steak:

2 ribeye or sirloin steaks

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 sprig fresh rosemary or thyme

1 tbsp butter (for basting)

1 yellow squash, sliced into ¼-inch rounds

1 tbsp olive oil
