Ginger Lemon Juice - Summer Special Recipe

Prepare the Ginger:
Peel the ginger and grate it finely or chop it into small pieces.

Juice the Lemons:
Cut the lemons in half and squeeze out the juice into a small bowl. Be sure to remove any seeds.

Combine Ingredients:
In a pitcher, combine the ginger, lemon juice, cold water, and sweetener (if using). Stir well to mix all the ingredients.

Let It Infuse:
Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve:
Pour the ginger lemon juice into glasses filled with ice cubes, if desired. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra refreshing touch.
