Garlic Bread with Mayonnaise for Barbecue or Afternoon Snack in 10 Minutes

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: A pinch of chili flakes for a little heat

How to Make:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the baguette into even slices (about 1-inch thick).

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, melted butter, dried oregano, and salt. If you like a little spice, add a pinch of chili flakes.

Spread the garlic mayonnaise mixture generously on each slice of bread.

Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the bread is golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
