Flourless Apple-Cherry Chocolate Cake

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan with a little oil or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Prepare the Apples: Peel and core the apples, then grate them finely. This will provide moisture and sweetness to your cake.

Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy. Add the grated apples and mix until well combined.

Add Cocoa: Stir in the cocoa powder and mix thoroughly to combine the ingredients.

Fold in Cherries: Gently fold in the frozen cherries, making sure they’re evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Bake the Cake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve: Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
