Energizing Green Juice

Prepare the Ingredients:

Wash the kale, cucumber, and celery thoroughly.

Core the green apples and cut them into chunks.

Peel the ginger and lemon.

Juice the Ingredients:

Add the kale, cucumber, celery, apples, ginger, and lemon to a blender or juicer.

If using a blender, add the water or coconut water to help blend the ingredients smoothly.

Blend and Serve:

Blend until smooth (if using a blender) or juice until well-extracted.

If you used a blender, you can strain the juice using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth if you prefer a smoother texture.

Serve:

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
