Easy Dandelion Greens with Garlic

Remove the tough ends from the dandelion greens and cut them into manageable sections.

Wash the greens thoroughly and drain.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the greens for 8–10 minutes until tender.

Drain the greens and gently press out any excess water.

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the garlic and optional chili flakes, cooking gently until the garlic becomes fragrant but not browned.

Add the drained greens to the pan, stirring to combine with the garlic. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Adjust salt to taste, then finish the dish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
