Creamy Slow Cooker Toffee & Baileys Fudge Delight

Add all the ingredients (except sprinkles) to the slow cooker.

Cook on high for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Leave the lid off the entire time to prevent moisture build-up.

Once the mixture is fully melted and smooth, pour it into a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.

Spread evenly and decorate the top with sprinkles.

Chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours until fully set.

Slice into small squares and enjoy!
