Creamy Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms

Prep the Mushrooms:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth. Remove stems and set caps aside.

Make the Filling:
In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley (if using), salt, and pepper until well combined.

Stuff the Mushrooms:
Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps, slightly overfilling them.

Bake:
Place mushrooms on a greased baking sheet. Lightly brush tops with olive oil. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

Serve:
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
