Add the coconut milk, banana, chia seeds, Greek yogurt (if using), and honey/agave syrup (if using) into a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
If you prefer a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed.
Taste the smoothie and add more honey/agave syrup if you prefer it sweeter.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
