Cheesy Beef Burritos with Fries

Prepare the fries: Cook the fries according to the package instructions or fry fresh potatoes until crispy and golden. Set aside.

Cook the beef mixture: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking until soft, about 5 minutes.

Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Assemble the burritos: Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Once warm, spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture onto each tortilla and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Roll up the tortillas, folding in the sides to secure the filling.

Serve the burritos with a side of crispy fries. Add sour cream, salsa, or guacamole as optional toppings.
