Activate the yeast: In a large bowl, combine the warm milk and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then sprinkle the dry yeast on top. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes, or until it becomes frothy.
Add the wet ingredients: Stir in the olive oil and yogurt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
Add the flour and salt: Gradually add the flour and salt to the wet mixture, stirring until you get a dough. You can use a spoon or your hands to combine everything.
