Tender Banana Tapioca Cake (No Sugar, No Flour)

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, cooked tapioca, and crushed bananas.

Add the corn flour, baking powder, and milk or water. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool for a few minutes before serving.
