Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan with butter or oil.
Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar, oil, milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice, and mix well until combined.
Add the Dry Ingredients: Sift the flour and baking powder together. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring to combine.
