In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Stir to dissolve and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
In a large mixing bowl, add the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. If needed, add a bit more flour to prevent sticking.
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours, or until it doubles in size.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a rectangular shape on a lightly floured surface.
Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough and sprinkle the chopped pepperoni on top. Sprinkle with dried oregano.
Carefully roll up the dough into a log, ensuring the cheese and pepperoni are tucked inside.
Place the rolled dough onto a greased baking pan, and brush the top with olive oil.
Let the dough rise for another 20-30 minutes, then bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
