5–7 fresh papaya leaves (washed)
100 ml coconut oil or castor oil
Optional: 1 teaspoon black seed oil (kalonji) for extra potency
How to Make
Cut the papaya leaves into small pieces.
Blend with a splash of water until smooth.
Strain the mixture using a cloth to extract the green juice.
Heat coconut oil on low, then add the papaya leaf juice.
Simmer for 5–7 minutes until combined. Let cool.
Strain again and store in a glass bottle.
