Refreshing Tomato Corn Pork Rib Soup for a Hearty Meal

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Add the pork ribs and ginger slices to the pot, then let it boil for 5-10 minutes to remove any impurities.

Once the water is boiling, drain and rinse the pork ribs.

Return the pork ribs to the pot, adding fresh water to cover the ingredients.

Bring the soup to a boil again, then reduce the heat to a simmer.

Add the corn and tomatoes to the pot and let the soup simmer for about 40-45 minutes, or until the pork ribs are tender and the flavors have melded together.

Season the soup with salt and sugar (if desired). Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Serve the soup hot, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
