Quick and Delicious Breakfast Sandwiches

Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

While the bread is toasting, cook the bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them to your desired doneness (scrambled or fried). Season with salt and pepper.

Assemble the sandwiches: place a slice of cheese on each slice of toasted bread, followed by a piece of bacon and an egg.

Top with the second slice of toasted bread to complete the sandwich.
