Pancake Lasagna Delight

Whisk eggs, milk, and flour together until smooth.

Melt 40 g butter in a pan.

Cook thin pancakes, 2-3 minutes per side, and set aside.

Prepare the Filling:

Melt another 40 g butter in a pan.

Sauté the chopped onion for 2-3 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Season with salt and pepper.

Assemble the Lasagna:

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a baking dish, layer a pancake, then filling, and repeat until all is used.

Bake:

Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes until golden and crisp on top.
