Wash the fresh leaves thoroughly under running water.
Chop the leaves into small pieces.
Boil 1 cup of water, then add the chopped leaves.
Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Strain the liquid into a cup.
Add honey or lemon juice if desired.
Alternative use: You can also crush the leaves and apply the juice directly on small wounds, insect bites, or skin irritations.
