Prepare the garlic and cloves: Start by crushing or finely chopping the garlic cloves. Do the same with the whole cloves—crushing them will release their natural oils and compounds.

Infuse the oil: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Once the oil is warm, add the crushed garlic and cloves. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 5-7 minutes, ensuring that the garlic and cloves infuse their properties into the oil.

Cool and strain: Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Once cool, strain the oil to remove any solid bits of garlic and cloves.

Optional: Add lemon juice: For additional anti-inflammatory and detoxifying properties, add a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice to the oil.

Massage the oil: Gently massage the infused oil onto the painful areas, especially around the joints, varicose veins, or where you feel the discomfort. Do this for 5-10 minutes, allowing the oil to be absorbed into the skin.
