Bring a cup of water to a boil.
Place the dried dandelion root, ginger root, and peppermint leaves into a tea infuser or directly into the cup.
Pour the hot water over the herbs and let it steep for 5–7 minutes.
Once the infusion is ready, remove the herbs and add a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice.
Sweeten with honey if desired and enjoy this rejuvenating drink!
