Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Stir to combine.

Add wet ingredients: Pour in the milk and melted butter. Mix with a spoon or your hands until the dough comes together. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour, one tablespoon at a time.

Shape the rolls: Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Knead it a few times to smooth it out. Divide the dough into 8-10 equal portions and shape them into small balls.

Place on the baking sheet: Arrange the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.

Bake the rolls: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.

Serve warm: Remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy with butter or as a side to your meal!
