Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Use kitchen shears to cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the middle. Gently pull the meat out, leaving it attached at the base. Lift the lobster meat over the shell.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster is fully cooked (the meat should be opaque and firm).
Prepare the Scallops:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the melted butter.
Season the scallops with salt and pepper. Once the butter is hot, add the scallops to the pan.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the scallops are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the pan and sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired.
Serve:
Serve the lobster and scallops together, drizzling any remaining garlic butter from the skillet over the top.
