Easy Thousand Layer Crispy Fries! A New Potato Recipe

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).

Slice the potatoes thinly into round discs, making sure they are of similar thickness.

In a bowl, toss the potato slices with starch, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the potato slices in batches until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Drain on paper towels.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the fried potato slices in a layered fashion, creating stacks of crispy layers.

Place the layered potatoes into the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the layers are fully crisped up.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
